My initial charge settled for the original order amount and nothing has shipped. The website says that the bundle is preparing to ship. I'm going to call them tomorrow.

they can easily pull back any order that hasn't been delivered even if already shipped, which is what it looks like they're doing.

Correct - it's usually a small fee on top of them forfeiting whatever they've already paid in shipping costs. With an 8 pound box, they're still taking a pretty big hit - but not as much as losing $290 giving away an Xbox Series S for $10.yes, it can be done easily. you do realize with both FedEx and ups it's as easy as entering the tracking number and paying a small fee?

That's what mine is like now but it's also my full price one that says that... Idkon the actual GS order page, my 2nd xbox has changed from saying "shipped" with a tracking number. To now it says awaiting carrier pick-up.

nah, if u read what i said. It was already shipped. It was 2 hours away when the website changed its status to thatA lot of stuff gets stuck in "Awaiting Carrier Pickup".
Had some stuff sitting in that status for a good 3-4 days, before they finally shipped it. Wouldn't worry too much.

Yeah, I'm not trying to be combative. Depending on your job role and access it might be very difficult.But I stated in a different comment the definiton of "easy" could be the difference here. Not worth debating honestly.

What were your charges from GS?
were you able to figure out the 51.59? In terms of what it is?$343.96 including shipping (i did expedited) and tax, which settled Sunday when the second console was marked as shipped. I also have a $51.59 auth sitting there but nothing additional shipping, so I'm expecting it to drop off.

Just talked to GameStop. They won't cancel the order I was charged for. It hasn't shipped. And they blame "warehouse delays" for it not shipping. So if I don't get a tracking number by Thursday (that will be one week) I'll dispute the charge.

For all you gamers scoring the 2 for 1 deal, now GS will have to make that money back..... by offering gamers even worse trade in values and hiking up price of used games another buck or two!

They pretty much told me the same thing. Only difference is that the original charge that had settled yesterday disappeared from my card transaction history overnight.
