Sorry for the thread bump, but I think it is worth mentioning that for jailbroken PS4 Pro it is now possible to install unofficial 60 fps patch (well, up to nearly 60 fps, but still):

It's been pulled from the Store due to expired licences. It wouldn't be available for sale on PC right now just like older Forza titles aren't, just like you can't buy NFS Most Wanted anymore anywhere or older Gran Turismo titles. This game was the sole reason i wanted a PS4 in 2013 (just like KI was my reason to get an XO). Such a shame it's left to be forgotten. A decent PC port would give it a much longer life. I'm sure a lot of people would buy it. Can't be that hard to do.
I wonder if Motorstorm did so bad back then. It was one of my first PS3 titles and I loved it; wish Sony kept doing them.Bro, they even left the greatest modern arcade racing series in the dust without even a chance at an HD remaster. Motorstorm.
Imagine playing Pacific Rift or Apocalypse in 4k, even 1080p with 60fps.
My only hope for that is that RPCS3 is able to pull it off in the next few years. Huge improvements have been made but nothing is stable.

One of the worst racing games of all time. I'm heavy into sims and i deleted that game off half way through the first lap when you start the game. Its closer to Mario Kart in realsim than something like I-Racing or even GT series.Definitely one of my all-time favorite racing games. But they're not going to do anything with it. The servers are dead.
Because... it's not a sim.One of the worst racing games of all time. I'm heavy into sims and i deleted that game off half way through the first lap when you start the game. Its closer to Mario Kart in realsim than something like I-Racing or even GT series.
People loving this game now that it's dead. When it launched it was called a corridor racer, sterile, got a 7/10, and people took the piss out of the teething issues at launch. I loved and bought the game regardless.
Doubtful, i don't think this would be able to stand out much when put against juggernauts on the platform like Assetto Corsa. No matter how much people praise it i still can't see anything special about it that would make it stand out from other similar games, aside from cool rain effects.A decent PC port would give it a much longer life. I'm sure a lot of people would buy it.
??The game flopped miserably and was done by a studio that doesn't exist anymore i don't think MS would do much more, lol.
There is also another reason they wont work on it, it was an absolute development nightmare and I mean ... catastrophic types of bad at moments. The game flopped miserably and was done by a studio that doesn't exist anymore i don't think MS would do much more, lol.
digital future and all that....I wish I could re-download all the dlc
It's easily the racing game I've spent the most time with. Was visually impressive at launch, the gameplay was fluid (especially for 30 FPS), and the social aspects were somewhat ahead of their time. I miss it.People loving this game now that it's dead. When it launched it was called a corridor racer, sterile, got a 7/10, and people took the piss out of the teething issues at launch. I can still download all the DLCI wish I could re-download all the dlc
I feel your pain. I never played DriveClub online even when the servers were fixed. I was too vested in the single player and DLC.The only achievement I'm missing requires an online connection.
Of course that you can do it. Unless you lost access to your account with those, then it's lost.I wish I could re-download all the dlc
How do you lose access to your account? Banned?Of course that you can do it. Unless you lost access to your account with those, then it's lost.
I basically just did that and challenges with my club and others.I feel your pain. I never played DriveClub online even when the servers were fixed. I was too vested in the single player and DLC.
This is my progress. I was a bit obsessed with this game for a while.I basically just did that and challenges with my club and others.

Was beaten to the punch pointing this out.Like Project Gotham Racing? Like Midtown Madness? Like RalliSport Challenge?
I have to admit I miss racing around with my Ferrari California in that game. It's easily the racing game I've spent the most time with. Was visually impressive at launch, the gameplay was fluid (especially for 30 FPS), and the social aspects were somewhat ahead of their time. I miss it.

From what i read online PC2 is much better than 3, even looks better too. Project cars 3 is basically the black sheep of the series.I aways watch my brother playing this game. This game is pretty looking and I love seeing the details of cars, not to mention the enviroment.
So I told myself "hey maybe I will catch myself an arcade racer for me too" and picked up Project Cars 3 since he gave me a discount cupon. I mean, the game was released years later after Driverclub, maybe is like it?
And man, Project Cars 3 fails miserably in comparison. Now I understand why Driverclub receives that level of praise, pretty much deserved.
No shit sherlock. Its not even a good arcade racing game.Because... it's not a sim.
Don’t forget to qualify “in my opinion” least to not come across like a 12yoNo shit sherlock. Its not even a good arcade racing game.
If it isn't a 100% realistic track racing sim, these publishers don't want shit to do with it and thats sad.Like Project Gotham Racing? Like Midtown Madness? Like RalliSport Challenge?
