Plaion is imho bad but at least a new name for Koch Media made perfect sense, since internationally ch has always been butchered. Even German Americans ruin it when they try to adapt it to the English language which makes it sound Dutch.
But changing a quite good name to something that lets people think it's rivaling McFit for the most stupid fitness studio name is just stupid?
Not that it really matters, but at least shareholders can still vote against it.

Focus Home Interactive name was superior and iconic. The best AA publisher in the biz. It had clout.
