Both of their movies in this universe has been financially successful.

Maybe not the runaway hits they wanted, but neither failed.

And again, it's not like they've announced this as in development.

I do like the idea of Catwoman being closer to Batman (Ben's really) age. So I'd reverse the Ivy and Catwoman castings.
