Aside from sprites having their own kind of charm, it's crazy how far we have come when it comes to computer graphics. I am a 90s kid (I'm an old fart, I know) and went to the arcade and played KOF every once in a while, so when putting those visuals together, the difference just blows my mind.

I'll buy this game just for the nostalgia, even if I suck at KOF.

The top part of Mai's outfit is now tented, which is more accurate though arguably less sexy or at least better at obscuring breast movement. Unfortunately, they also still didn't address the lack of definition to her pencil arms, an issuing going back to the last entry. The lack of any real indication of muscles and a pronounced shoulder joint makes her arms, particularly the upper portions, look unnaturally elongated.
