Project EVE was announced for Xbox, not Stellar Blade, but apparently project eve was cancelled.
Sony funded SFV, there are interviews of Capcom saying so. Capcom was in the shit at the time and the only way to make the game was with Sony funding.

Sony bought Psygnosis in 1993 and Psygnosis kept making multiplatform games until 1997, and Playstation + PC games into the 2000s.

Marvel was shopping for an exclusive suitor, even apporached MS.

Disney/Lucasfilm was shopping this as 3rd party (like Star Wars) and did, but MS "moneyhatted™" the contract after.
