Man, I mean, I don't expect a huge change from MW 2019, but this being cross gen makes me think the differences between the 2 will be minimal. But well, if the campaign is good and the multiplayer is not a mess like Vanguard it might be a good COD.

The chances that a game that has earlier beta access on PS hitting GP day 1, are probably lower than the chances of winning Powerball, getting hit by lightning, and bitten by a shark on the same day.

There gonna have to fill in the 1st party gap this year, so MW2, the new Batman, Deathloop and something else will come GP probably

Based on the leaked contract Sony has with Capcom for RE Village, there’s a period of 12 months from launch that gives Sony first dibs on putting the game on PS Plus, and Sony can prevent it from going to other services within that window.
They may have this contract clause for many different games, potentially including CoD.

Why would it just go to gamepass? As far I know, Sony has marketing rights, beta, so it will not show up on gamepass.

No because regardless of the outcome and timing of the acquisition they have contracts in place they already stated they intend to honor and "beta first on PS" is further proof of this.

Considering MW2019 had similar Playstation treatment and this is the direct sequel to that, I'm not surprised at all. I just hope the game is as good or better.

What the flex.....I was sure MW2 was going to be nextgen only.
If MS already had Activision this was a perfect way to get people to actually jump on nextgen, so everyone Sony included can abandon lastgen.
Tell people COD and Warzone 2 is only available on nextgen machines and those order queues would run around the planet.
