I know year is not over and still there are lot of high profile games coming, but still i want to ask great GAF community about their GOTY so far?

My GOTY so far is Resident Evil 2 Remake. I already completed this masterpiece 12 times now and got 100% completion.Absolutely loved everything about it. I doubt any upcoming game will beat RE2:R as GOTY contender for me.

Runner-up is - A Plague Tale: Innocence. Game was huge surprise for me. I was not expecting it to be this good.

I know it doesn't count but I'll go with Halo the Master Chief Collection. It's all I've been playing for the most part. The improvements made since it first came out have been wonderful. Still needs work but it functions quite well.

I am speaking for myself in that I think 2019 was one of the worst years of this console gen.

This year has been absolutely insane, one the best years in gaming in a long time. I'm torn on what I would pick for my GOTY. RE2, Sekiro, Mario Maker2 and Death Stranding could all win for me. And I never even got around to playing DMC5 or Astral Chain. FE3Hs, Outer Worlds and WarGroove were also great.

Have to say im jealous lol. This has me wanting to build a pc. But I'm holding out hope for a console port.

Haven't played much this year. If I have to pick, its between Days Gone and Sekiro for me.
