Bredehoft asks Amber why she believes Johnny Depp can't look at her.

Amber: Because he's guilty. He knows he's lying. Why can't he look at me? I survived that man and I'm here and I can look at him

According to psychologists, bullies who tend to stare at their victims continue to frighten them. And those who are attacked or abused in general, cannot look at their aggressor.

Showing the world that she's a penny pro, Amber Heard's lawyer starts mocking Johnny Depp live and imitating his voice! She mocks his phrase in 2016 where he says he would never let Amber see his eyes again, mimicking his voice.

Amber Heard said she hasn't told anyone about the abuse, and now says she's told 10 people.

Johnny's attorney, Camille Vasquez, makes a number of objections to Heard's lawyer's lines. The judge accepted them all.

Back story of why friendship ended with Bruce Witkin was one of the reasons Johnny lost all that money and was part of lawsuit to recoup the money.

Edit: They left out he was the defendant in the lawsuit. But this testimony was a nothing burger. We already know about Johnny drug use. This must been numbing to Juror's hearing this again and again! 😂

Didn't people said that she is gonna end winning anyway because these type of trials are almost impossible to win?
Not necessarily, Amber can still lose the countersuit! Which likely both loses in court!

But really Johnny had already won in restoring his reputation and Amber career is basically over right now IMO

Yeah it is strange how to keep beating the same drum about Johnny's alcoholism and drug use. It doesn't get them anywhere - especially anywhere where they haven't been multiple times already. Desperate.

These last 3 witness were former business partners that basically part of reason for Johnny’s financial losses. He fired or severed business ties because of it.

Watching Streams like Nick Rekieta and Legalbytes makes these video deposition more entertaining and they provide pretty good insight. Also they give out background information about these witnesses.

I know defamation cases are notoriously difficult to win, but if Heard wins this, I have to ask what then does it take to win? Does God need to descend from heaven in a beam of radiant light, point at Amber and say “Guilty.” before ascending back up? Would that make the jury go “Hmm, maybe.”

As someone who is just reading bits and pieces and watching some YouTube reaction videos and has no idea on how law works....

Genuine question is how can Amber win this ?

She has been caught lying numerous times on stand and her story does not make sense. She clearly created a fake narrative for publicity and victimhood.

I havent kept up with the trial at all but seems lopsided as Amber is a liar.

But just curious. In the whole ordeal, has Johnny Depp been guilty of anything too regarding dumb or abusing stuff?

It's a defamation case and the jury needs to unanimously side with Depp. If one juror believes he was the abuser, or the relationship was mutually abusive, it's over for Depp.

That's why this is so high stakes and the whole world is watching. We're watching a man try and move heaven and earth to prove he was a victim of domestic violence, not the perpetrator as it was suggested in the op ed. Not to mention, Amber Heard is literally recorded taunting him to try and prove it in front of the world.

Who called Mr Waldman? He's not really doing much for Heard. Unless they're using to the deposition to try and show Depp is hiding stuff.

I believe the jury has to also agree that the co-ed was written about Johnny and that Johnny lost job opportunities because of that. There's been proof for both but is it enough?

All they have to prove is that Heard wrote the OpEd.

She said she did under oath on the stand.

Ben Chew is speaking more Than Adam Waldman. So this is Camille was taking cue from. Objection objection objection!

No wonder Elayne Rage quit, she must’ve had PTSD from the deposition! 😂

After watching all these deposition videos,
I feel like Im playing the old game, Her Story
d01ca71d-a48f-4ac7-9d29-81e8c6ad79c8-1020x612.jpeg

Weaving through all these stories, I do get a hazy picture of their crazy relationship.
Even though Johnny seems to have alot of credibility through police reports, injuries, the lack of evidence.
As an outsider, I do feel he could have been assaulted to the point of fighting back.

The only thing as an outsider I can tell from all of this, is that she is a god damn liar and is trying really hard to deflect her aggressive tendencies and got caught trying to look like a sole victim.

Yeah, I don't know the exact burden required - if you want to see it fully explained in this trial here it is. You can probably just skip to Ben Chew (Depp's lawyer) statement because he outlines how they've met the burdens to proceed:

They're abusing attorney client privilege to make the loaded questions seem like admissions. It's entirely for Amber's counterclaim though. They're trying to prove damages.

Jury almost certainly doesn't give a shit.

Yeah, she let it slip. I don't think she understood that by saying that the way she said it she also admitted writing the headline. But I think there's still room to argue whether it really was about Johnny (of course it was).

Then again, she wrote about DV and she wasn't hasn't been in any other such a relationship - beside with the woman but she was the abuser there, too.

I guess they are trying to go with "WhaT ArE tHey HiDing????" narrative with this guy.
They trying to get that Depp caused Amber financial damages for the $100 million counter suit.

But he can hide behind the Lawyer/Client privileges all day long 😂

This is wasting a lot of time, they got to be getting close to their time limit with all these deposition videos!

So did i understand that right?

Johnny Depp is broke ?
He was almost broke, his business partners and money managers basically swindle? For about $650 million.

Johnny is not currently broke, but he was able to recoup some money from the lawsuits. Also selling property.

Waldman's testimony just reminds the jury of the hoax. It's incredibly stupid by her team.

ThatUmbrellaGuy confirmed he got a lot of his information from Waldman by his testimony today.

Here’s his stream if anyone interested.

That would spark another court case about if it was really God.

This boomer expert doesn’t know how Twitter # or trends work! Attributing an article from February to trend in April? 😂

Edit: He’s not a social media expert tho!! Testimony short and looks meaningless!
Cross finished him. It's over.
