Side Note: Zuma's music (for a little PopCap game) is AMAZING. Just fantastic. I'm not going to buy the OST, but it is really well done.

edit part deux: I hadn't realized, but Mitchell actually threatened legal action at the end of last year:

Today, Mitchell president Ozaki posted on igda.jp forum about this issue.

He has been inquering Popcap Games about the fact they made and sell Zuma that is a concept copy of Puzzloop, asking them to admit the fact, and stop selling it, but no action from Popcap yet. Mitchell will address this issue further, possibly taking it into court.
