It really depends on whether you like the publisher / platform holder or not. If you don't like the publisher - "purge them" - if you like the publisher then "bad apple" etc.

Yea the consensual age thing gets kind of iffy to me. I'm not so sure how I feel about two 14yr olds having sexual relations for example. There is a lot of maturity, social development and physical development required for a 14 y/o to have that encounter.
