they knocked $50 something off my ps4 because the X button was sticking just a little bit to the point where it was barely noticeable. But that was apparently $50 to them. So I basically lost the bonus. it sucks too because I had already replaced the sticks on the controller.

They sell used XB1 controllers for like $35. There is no way they should charge you $50 for a bad controller.
