I'll clarify then. There's a gross problem of "one or the other" going on. Marvel or DC, Microsoft or Sony, Android or iOS, among various other examples I'm sure you're aware of. For a lot of people they can't like both because sides need to be picked.

I can see Ant-Man being on the lower tier of the Marvel end, but still make serious bank (Over Thor 1).

That won't happen unless Ant-Man is reeeaaaally good and BvS is reeeeeaaaally bad.
Ant-Man will do at least Thor 2 numbers since it's coming just a couple of months after AoU (and after everyone claimed that GotG would bomb and then it didn't)
BvS won't do less than 800m, I think somewhere around 1.2b if it's good it has a good marketing hype campaign would be a safe bet.
